Thanks to StiperSkiff

I want to thank Striperskiff for showing my wife and I a little of his knowledge on fishing Lake murray. Its a beautiful lake but we have had little luck fishing there and Tim did such a wonderful job showing us around. It was like having a guide with us. thanks tim and I am more than willing to repay you anytime you want to go on adventure with us. We do like the salt water a little more so perhaps we could do that together sometime.

Nice to meet you guys. We’ll get out again for sure. Sorry I had to cut out so early, but all my 7 yo grandson’s football games are at 9:00 am on Saturdays.

I know you know that, but by mentioning it here it gives me a perfect oportunity to blast it all over the internet that he got his first TD this morning!!!

Looks like they were stacked on the bottom too… if you have down scan turn it on when the bottom looks like that and you can actually see how many are down there.

I have came across the bottom looking like that and only look like a couple fish. Turn the downscan on and they are just covering the bottom.

Here are some i took a month or so ago. It shows some fish on the bottom but had no idea there was that many there till i turned on the down scan. They will show up as one or two fish but there were alot more…

will give that a try, I can usually see fish pretty good on side scan and especially the schools of baitfish and stipers, but will give it a try.
