I wanted to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and to thank everyone for the ■■■■■■■■ on the Shrimp forum. For me, and like a lot of other except LSK, it was not a great shrimp season, but being on the water with good friends has given me a lot to be thankful for. Last, but not least, thanks to all the military for all you do.
… it’s not what we bring home to put in our stomachs and freezers…but what we save in our hearts and memories that matter the most. life can’t be measured in quarts or numbers ;). Seems to me your harvest was a good one based on what you said in your post. Hopefully next year will be better for everyone…and we can only hope that we, and all of our family friends are here to enjoy it with us too.
