Here is the reloading bench so far. I still have some work I want to do to it, but it is functional for now.
Nice! Looks plenty sturdy for doing that work!

Oh yeah. Although there are still things I want to do to the table, I’m glad I stopped there for now because that rascal is HEAVY. Yup. She is plenty strong and sturdy. I just want to cover the top for small things don’t fall in the cracks between the 2x6’s. And, I want to put a back behind the shelves.

Put the energizer bunny’s batteries in backwards and he keeps coming and coming. Good looking set up skeeter.

Just an observation from someone that has loaded for 25+ years, offset your press to one side or the other a bit. Set your case prep up where it flows in a linear manner. It allows you to move from stage to stage without moving so much around. Plus it’ll allow you to mount another press if you want for something like shotgun shells if you get say a MEC 600 or similar. Good start though, I see many more gadgets and tools in your future. Next step is a Chargemaster, once you go there, a beam will be like an antique.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Thanks. It is in a spare bedroom, and I have some stuff stored in there. My first step will be to go through some of that stuff so it is not in the way anymore ha,ha. I know…I’ll be picking up more stuff along the way. I’m hooked now ha,ha.

If I ever get another press, I’m going to mount the press on one of those inline stands. As it is right now, I had to build a cut out on the table; otherwise, I would not have had room for the washers on the bolts that hold the press down. So, at this point, I can’t move it unless I get an inline stand. But, it works and I don’t ever plan on doing mass amounts of reloading. I’m just reloading for better than factory ammo for my deer rifles. You are right though, and I thought about that before deciding where to put the press. I also plan to build shelves underneath later on to have a place to store the tumbler when it is not in use as well.
