MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY! we had our family christmas yesterday at home with about 25 family,friends and others. i put a 19# turkey into the orion cooker after injecting it with teriyaki garlic and creole butter. then rubbed it really good inside and out with tony chacheres. put it on at 10am and took it off around 12:20.(7 min per lb.) it was almost falling apart. in the meantime i marinated a 5#duck the same way and put in on the grill at 325degrees for 1 1/2 hours. it was juicy and tender and also delicious. cannot say enough for the orion because once you put in whatever;pour the charcoal and then light it; you do not have to do anything else but take it off when it is ready. once again; MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A VERY SAFE HOLIDAY SEASON TO ALL!
