I agree that the pussification of America is ongoing, especially for our youth. However, in my opinion, Cracker Barrel sucks as much today as it did 30 years ago. Duck Dynasty was alright during the first season, but they are so freaking corporatized now. There is so much DD merchandise in every gas station and walmart in the South that I will be happy when their fad is over. It won’t be long now. I stand by Phil and what he said. I saw the 20 minute speech that he gave and someone posted here. I agreed with that too. If he comes back on the show, I would consider it at a sellout. Just my opinions, but when their gravy train comes to a screeching halt and DD fades into the limelight, it won’t bother me a bit.

Narcosis

I wonder how many gay and lesbians actually eat at Cracker barrel?

When we started giving our kids trophys for losing a game all we did was raise many to believe everyone in life is equal. Sorry but we are not all equal. We need that difference, some to be manual labors, some to be bean counters, some to be doctors, some to be scientists, some to be entertainers… etc. We have taken away a lot of the pressure that is needed to have certain individuals rise above others and create greatness that this country is so sadly lacking.

I would think the majority of people eat where they think the food is good without giving any thought to the owners or corporations thoughts or views on any given topic. I fthe food is good, eat there, if not, don’t eat there. I believe that is the process most people go through whether they are gay, straight, Christian, Atheist, Muslim, black, white, yellow, etc.

I fully concur with you Fred!
