the return of "shrimp finger"

great weekend of weather allowed us to go to north bulls bay Friday evening with the teenage boy and Saturday evening with my brother in law and the boy. finished 1 inch below a full cooler each night of large, clean shrimp and no porpoise. freezer looking good especially with the dismal results of 2012 and 2013. The bad news was the return of a thumb infection exactly the same as 2010 following a shrimp stab. this year instead of the 5 different doctor visits and multiple rounds of 4 different antibiotics, I numbed in in my dental office and drained it with a #15 blade releasing the funk and providing future drainage. a week’s course of clindamycin and I anticipate playing in the bay next weekend. here is the link to the 2010 thread…gross. http://old.charlestonfishing.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=138246

Gloves are alot cheeper than MD visits.

Nice report though. I’m still working on my freezer. 3/4 cooler is the best I have seen this year, but still much better than last year.
