The most peculiar thing though is that we only had a 30 minute boat ride in from our last dive spot. Some people get really “bored” pretty quickly I guess!

First off, Skinnee is jealous cause mine is bigger than his… His tautog was noticeably smaller.
Second, my shot placement was due to the fish seeing his buddy get shot and him hauling a$$ out of the location. I had to perform my best over the shoulder back flip to catch him in the stomach. Yes sells it was to gut the fish for meat quality. All the pros do it.
Third, you said what happened in the boat stayed in the boat!
Fourth, Skinnee don’t give up our spot. Everyone knows how slow those cats are and for you to say it took 30 mins to get home is going to result in everyone diving the rocks at Ft Sumter this weekend.

Basically, right now you can only ‘fill the box’ with 3 pinks pp, 5 B liners pp, and 20 triggers pp. (not grunts, rudders and such)
C bass, gag/red/scamp/snowy/misty/yellowmouth/yellowedge/rock hind/red hind/kitty mitchell grouper and silk/mutton/red snapper are all closed.
More closures/big restrictions are on the way.
Spadefish, hog snapper, white grunts, cobia (summer closure being proposed), spanish macks, etc.
SAFMC also wants to manage blackfin tunas…
