Nice day on the high seas and flat as a pond this morning. Fising only, no diving. That should settle down the critics who don’t like mixed reports.
Did a lot of scouting and found a few new spots. Nothing spectacular though. We never really got heavy into the fish. Just picked up a few here and there. I had the hot hand on the spotted moray eel today with two landed on R&R. Also, “On the Marc” landed the first ever spanish hogfish on my boat. We were going to keep him for the aquarium but noticed a big slash on him where something else put a mortal wound on him.

Almost caught a center console (guy and chick in bright yellow jackets) determined to run into our bow as we were trying to pull anchor. I guess he wanted our BSB hole pretty bad.
