Got jealous of the boats that squeezed out yesterday, so we decided to take a shot at the weather window today. Plan was just to get out there, get lines in and scramble back early. Weather alert came on as we were reeling in our last fish, so we picked up at 1pm and headed in. Ocean was actually pretty nice. Had a light rain on us for about 1 hour and that was it. Never really saw any nasty seas or wind.
Never really hit them hard, but kind of picked at the fish here and there. Lost a few decent ones that came unglued.

Keep your lines tight and remember. Respect the fish and your fellow fisherman. Know the Code.
Good times with a good crew, Jason. Everyone aboard worked hard to fill the box. Holler at me when you’re ready to go again.

Skinnee, you wouldn’t get them stolen so often if they looked like this!

Phin, that’s probably true! Unless you left them in the back of the truck in Key West.
