The skinnee for 6/8/2011 (Last time in Charleston)

All fish out of Charleston just gained a little more safety… Sorry to hear your leaving. Good luck!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I’ll definitely keep posting. Hopefully, I will have some sailfish reports this winter for you to read. Charleston is still my home. 2 years and we will return! For those who head down south over the next couple of years, don’t hesitate to send me a message and we will plan on putting a hook in something.

The boat starts the journey down (via highway) at 4am in the morning.

Cheers,
Jason

Good luck! We’ll all miss you. Heck… we’ll all visit you.

Hey when I was in Ft.Lauderdale this past week, saw 20 boats trolling less then a mile from the beach. Instead of 400 for gas try less then a hundred.

Skinneej,

I spent 5 years fishing out of Islamorada, Key Largo and up to Miami before moving up here. I’m sure you’ll get the fishing dialed in with a quickness but give me a shout if you have any questions. A little advice, don’t over look making the run down to the whistle bouy off the Ocean Reef Club in January for big sail numbers. Great place to sharpen up your kite fishing technique.
