These "Nano-Waxes" in auto stores,

have been working great for me. Use 3M compounding wax if you have to, then wax, then a couple of coats of a spray Nano wax, and you’ll get a shine you never had before. That was the setup, now the payoff. My boat is still shining from last year; all I am going to have to do this year is wax with OrPine, and then the nanowax. My boat is old and I fish it hard; this is plenty good enough for me.

Hey Sam. You should put that interlux teflon wax sealer on top of that and it will make the waxes last a good bit longer. We use it on the boats we detail and it really keeps the wax from wearing away so fast on boats that get alot of use. Just apply it,let it haze and wipe off. takes like 10 min to do whole hull.

BTW How is the new tach treating you?
