Nothing better than taking Monday off of work and hitting the water. Managed about 20 trout. There are a lot of small trout in the water but managed 5 keepers that my buddy and I split for dinner. Fought the wind for a bit early afternoon but found a protected area and left them biting. Overall a great day and the wind kept the gnats at bay. All caught on mud minnows under a popping cork. Also caught a small flounder. Things are looking good.
