Has anyone else noticed how nice this coming Friday and Saturday are looking out on the water? I’ll be heading out on Friday myself. Anyone else going to make an early weekend of it and head out on Friday?

Banana’s are the good luck charm. If banana’s bother you don’t look at the calendar and see that it’s Friday the 13th.

You are the first person I’ve ever heard call banana’s anything other than bad luck in the fishing world. Everyone else won’t allow them within 10 feet of their boat.
LOL!!! Nobody want to even touch the subject. Fact is we’ve had some our best days with banana’s on board. Good enough days that we’ve even flown the peels from the outriggers coming in. Guys on the fuel dock don’t even want to look at them much less talk about them. But hey, if I’m somebody’s boat and they don’t want banana’s on board I’ll go along with it and talk trash about the dreaded fruit along with them.

That is so funny. I would have loved to have seen those peels from the riggers! LOL!! Like I said up top, I don’t believe in jinx’s, hoaxes, superstitions, or whatever . . . . I’m guided by and live by a much bigger source than all that.

Well between the nice looking forecast and my son out of school for the week, we will be out of Murrells Inlet headed to the Gerorgetown Hole on Friday. If the weather holds we may repeat on Saturday.
