We brought back 3 keeper trout and a fat 18" flounder, also had 3-4 throw backs, mostly on fingers. They didn’t like the mudders today.

Didn’t have any bites on the plasic either, but a bluefish or 2. Fish were biting within paddlin distance to landing.

edit: also caught 1 on top-water as we left landing, if you are out early enough , give it a try… much fun

Good looking trout. Storms for the last few days have put a damper on the fishing in Beaufort. but hope to get out some this week.
