Hadn’t been on the lake in about a month, so went out on a buddy’s boat yesterday am to check out some newly added boat toys and scout for some spots to fish later in the week.
Didn’t have any bait, but stopped over some clouds we were seeing on the bottom and decided to jig a little hopkins thinking they were perch. Wound up catching a nice gizzard on the spoon. Anyone ever had one hit something like that?
