Go ahead and assume that you will not fish this weekend. If the wind lays down Sunday afternoon, great! If not, it is better to be safe. Almost every year here in Charleston someone drowns because they went out in small craft advisory conditions and didn’t wear a PFD. Most of us are relatively young and have many more days of fishing to look forward to besides this weekend.
