My 2005 Yamaha 60HP 2 stroke is running fine. However after running a higher RPMs and pulling back the throttle into neutral my idle RPMs stay up around 2000. If I remove the cowling and lightly push the throttle cable, it returns to normal idle RPMs. Is there a throttle cable adjustment?
yes, its the black plastic piece on the end of the cable, I would also check the little roller cam
