Thursday Firsts- pics added

Took a father and 10y/o son out for his first offshore trip. Started at the 350’s in 300 ft. Had a 15lb mahi on in about 10 mins he landed just fine. Half hour later, a big Mahi hit the TLD20, and after a 30 min fight we had a 42lb bull in the boat for his second fish. Caught a few more, he even let dad real one in. Left them biting for sailfish. Headed south to the mid 400’s and no sooner did we have a double sail hookup. They both successfully released their sails. We had another double hit but lost both this time. 2/4 on sails, 5 mahi biggest 42lbs. Proud father and tired son. Pics to follow.

Way to go…nice mahi and sail…! That 10 yr. old is one happy little guy…good job.

Hope that sail picture doesn’t come back to haunt you. There’s a few people on here that actually OWN the Atlantic.

The kid is 10, I think the sail pic is safe this time. Looks like the little guy had a blast, congrats.
