Absolutely beautiful night on the water. Amazing sunset, calm, comfortable temperature, good company, cold beer and Publics Chicken strips. Ended up with about 6 quarts headed,( 1/4 cooler) mostly mediums and smalls. Usually go to CB, but with the reports, thought would try JI, were inside from the JI Yacht club. Will be interested to see if anyone did well at CB or Pat. Point. Sad when you are excited about catching a dozen shrimp in a cast, but the way this season has gone, we had several exciting cast. (I got completely skunked last time out last week) Left shrimp on the poles still when we headed in at 1000, but deminishing returns.
