Went out with Phishinphan last night and did not have a single pull down. Had some wind and rain but it was definitely fishable. There were no fish up near spence where I usually fish. We went about a half mile up from the towers and were in fish. Fish were anywhere from the top to 60’ but would not hit. Bait died in the water pretty fast as well. I guess they lake may have turned over. Surface temp had dropped by 5 degrees since I was out last week and the fish are shut down. Talked to another guy who was trolling and he said the same.
