Left shem creek at 5 am.We ran straight out and put lines in at 7 am. in 200ft.Trolled out until we found a nice temp break (69-73.5)in 225 ft. We fished temp break until about 1 pm.Ended up with 7 dolphin and 1 small hoo. by the way Reelscreaming I caught him on the purple and black Marauder.Dolphin was not that big but had a great time for my first trip of the season.I did catch the biggest cow I have ever seen which weighed in at 32lbs.

Nice catch for the first trip of the year. I sure wish Scott would have called me wed night. Maybe next time.Hope to be out there next weekend.

Steve Dwayne was not able to make this trip. Just the four of us.I’m going to try to get back out next friday if the weather holds.Thinking about trying to go north and catch some of those tuna everyone is catching.Never been to the hole, long ride, but those tuna sure look good.Might put in Georgetown.
