Went out today with two of my cousins for a half day trip.
Edisto-fisher was on the radio bragging about a gag and some snappers, and then he didn’t like when I told him I wasn’t coming to join his party. Thanks anyway, EF. I went where I’d have a trough run back to the hill. Picked at them for a little while before the big bite turned on finally. Then finished up at another spot with a few more.
Finished with a limit of gags, a nice snapper (any guess on weight?) and a few other snappers + all the misc. stuff.
Ocean was calmer today than yesterday, especially coming back in.
Awesome job!! Glad y’all had a great day! That is a real nice snappa!!
Aahhh, yesterday wasn’t rough…

The shortest distance between a problem and a solution is the distance between your knees and the floor.

I will post tomorrow or Friday at the latest. I am wiped out!! Thanks for coming along sorry we did not get a chance to bottom drop but I think our results should be acceptable this once.
Here you go Phin, I think this will be another trident fish for you.
If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you’ve got an electrical problem.
The way you fellows are catching the fish, closing it now may not be a bad Ideal. Nice report.
Lets cross some Eyes.
I fish 5 or 6 times per year and can keep one gag per person each time… they’ll be whiped out soon!
Go and get you some now before the last couple dozen won’t bite anymore!
(sarcasm)
The gags and snapper are better now than they have been in my entire life.
