Well, what can you do when you can’t keep grays, reds or browns?
You keep blacks and pinks I guess.

Ocean was slick in the morning, and never saw any swell. Just some chop from a little breeze when it warmed up.

Water was 45 degrees in the creek. 52 degrees in 50ft.

Fish bit better midday than in morning.

All caught on squid and some gulp plastic crabs and clams.

Caught blackfish, pinks, ringtails, grunts, etc etc.

Threw back one gag and some short black bass and pinks.

They were on the bottom and easy to catch.

Not sure what else to say.

Saw that some of my pet snapper were doing fine on one little ridge. Don’t worry SAFMC- none were caught, shot, bombed, poisoned or otherwise harmed.

At least a man can go catch a blackfish.

You guys have no idea the level of skill Phinigan possesses as an angler. Phin limiting out on cbass is about as easy as me chomping on some goldfish at the house.

23sail, the HPDI cranked up as soon as I touched the key and ran perfectly all day. Andy has been on Tigress before without any problems, so I must therefore conclude that it was you who sabotaged that trip in December, and you’re being nice now because you feel bad about it.
