I think I have a trim unit for an '88 Merc. Several things were changed between '88 and '89 on Mercury’s. I’ll check and see if it’ll work on an '89 Mariner, and also if it works at all?? What’s wrong with the unit your dad has now?

doesnt have one on it…says it looks like their was one on it at one time though…also said he may have to figure out a way to mount it because of how the motor sits on his carolina skiff…can take pictures of it and post if you want to give input on it…thanks…let me know…
