Looked outside this morning and noticed motor was trimmed all the way up, I had left it down. Now nothing at either trim switch. After the rain plan on looking into it as previous threads suggested. Just wondering why and how it trimmed up on its own.

I would disconnect your battery ASAP… I heard a story of a guy who stopped at a marina to eat lunch motors left down. Came back out, both motors trimmed all the way up, and both trim motors were smoking. Switch went bad on shifter. Just my 2cents
Did that this morning when I lowered with manual release valve.

Had this happen to a motor before, water gets in the switch.Probably time for a new switch.
Did you replace trim switch on control? None of my switches responding, so curious.
