Went to a Neuvo Latino restaurant called Mambo Jambo in Alpharetta, GA last night. I tried the dish mentioned above, and loved it. The menu describes it like this: Thin, Sashimi style cuts of fresh fish with spicy lime sauce. It got me thinking…may have to give this a shot at home. There are lots of online recipes for chili lime sauce, but they are all some combo of lime juice, chili sauce or chili peppers, and sesame oil. I would add a little bit of heavy cream also.

I was thinking that too, but several of the recipes I found online had cream. Also the dish I had was creamy.
