To Spoonmaster

I’ll give you a call later this week. Will probably fish Sunday since we’ll be out late Friday night. I got the boys “wrasslin” tickets:smiley: Yes. It’s scripted sports entertainment, but we have a blast. Now if I could just get my boys to stop trying the moves on each other…:imp:

Fog, As usual I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully “home management” will give me the day off. I might need a note from the teacher to get to go on an educational field trip on Murray. Sooner or later, probably later, I plan to be as good as you at finding the fish. For now, I’ll just have fun catching the ones you find, and learn all I can. I might want to try my spoon flipping trick for a little while if it doesn’t mess up what you have planned.
Believe it or not, when we lived in Va. I used to be on the wrestling team in high school. I was in the 8th grade, we weren’t allowed to start until the 9th, but I could pin a couple of the older and bigger starters way back then.

Lawcrusher, I’ll try to get together with you in the near future. A lot depends on how I’m doing over the next few weeks. I used to know some good spots in Bear creek where the stripers liked to hang out. Be glad to show you specific locations sometime. It’s been years since I’ve fished them, so be advised, we might get skunked. That’s another reason why I like the perch fishing so much. It’s hard to get skunked when perch fishing.

Not sure where we’ll fish Spoonmaster as of today. According to Michael’s report, Ballentine might be a possibility. It’s great sometimes this time of the year before the weather warms and boat traffic heats up. In addition to good striper pulling, there are also plenty of good areas to stop for perch jerkin’. Might see if you can meet me at the Dam.

Fog, I’m ready to wind in a fish or two. The dam is no problem. CHeck your PM’s.
