I’m confused, did they say tarp?? I saw it on our local news in Columbia, but I can’t figure why don’t they just drag it out of the way?

It’s more than just tarp. There supporting metal framing, chainlink fence material to catch dropped tools, buckets or workers and the tarp to catch overspray. Can’t use whip out the pocket knife and go wacking on it.
