Tomorrow?

Anyone gonna try and head out tomorrow? Crew is itching, I know we are gonna get a wet “A”! Lol

Really looking to see if anyone wants to buddy boat.

Depending on your boat you may want to consider the winds and the recent weather. Sometimes the ocean takes a moment to calm down after storms. Tomorrow looks doable but painful in a flatter bottom boat.

-Regulator 28fs
-Dolphin 18BC Pro
-Miscellaneous boats
“Everybody dances when shotgun sings” Stewart and Winfield

I’ve got a 21ft Nautic Star. It’s deep!

Been watching the reports, I know it’s gonna be kinda sloppy first thing but doable.

2 and 3 at 9 sec the lil hooker outta handle it:smiley:

10-4 SweetT that’s what I like to hear!

I’m poking my nose out. Can’t catch anytghing from the couch but you can always call it off and turn around.

Boat isn’t officially named, but theres a strong candidate pending. I’ll answer to Buoy Call or Bojack, 16/68. In a Pioneer 197. Planning to be South-southeast of the 60. Later start for us around 815-830 from wappoo

Sounds good buddy. We will be on 16/68 name is the “lil hooker”! We are fishing just south of Charleston out of the north edisto. Leaving out about 6:30

Andyb good luck man and be sure to post a pic of the fish! Most of all be safe and god bless!

Do any good? We brought back a handful of BSBs and few Beeliners. Little bumpy heading into them in the morning, but they calmed down and spaced out some by about 10:30. Turned into a nice day.

Thanks! We just recently bought this one, 2015 Islander. I’ve always had a cheap beater, but I’m sick of working on them more than using them. Been running it about 5 or 6 weeks now installing electronics, working out kinks, and getting to know it, and yesterday was this boat’s first offshore run. Rides pretty nice and a ton of space without having the euro transom like everyone else does. Surprised the bow fish box holds ice as well as it does. Put 80 pounds in it in the morning and put probably 50 pounds back in my freezer last night.

Made it out to 90-95’. BSBs came from 60’, Beeliners from 90’.

Got caught off guard in 90’, didn’t have any spinning reels rigged and something pushed a big school of bait to the surface out behind the boat. By the time I frantically found and snapped on a lure and got the boat turned they’re were gone never to be seen again. Whatever it was will remain a mystery.

It was slow for us, dropped lines in at 150’. Ended the day with a small phin and 20 pound king! A couple of short stikes, but just not a lot of action. I looked at the pioneer before I bought my NS, they are nice boats, anymore it’s just all preference. Anytime you want to buddy boat just hit me up. I always feel that there is power and safety in numbers.
