Thinking about walking for tails. I see some fiddlers out in good numbers on wamer days. Is it too early for them to be up shallow in the grass or worthwhile to go? Thanks.
I’ve heard of a few tails being seen. If the fiddlers are out (and they are) you have the possibility to see tails. Good luck hunting.

Thanks. This is my second year after getting hooked on hunting them and wasn’t sure if I would get weird looks from the guys that know what’s going on if I tried this early. If I see some I’ll post a report.
You won’t get any weird looks if you’re catching fish!

Love to go anytime rain or shine. Hoped the warmer weather of the weekend would get some fired up.
Walked around for an hour and a half. No fish or even bait. Pretty out but the water was frigid.
