too much wind

hey phishinfan and crowd. cancelled the trip to charleston. too much wind. no sense in spending that kind of money to drag a boat down there and back and not get in the water. they also put the fishing tourn off until next thursday. maybe get to go then. going to be a close call due to my son getting married on the 4th. i am a professional salesman but this is going to have to be really good to sell this plan to my bride.
keep tuned in. we will have more on this report later.

i was telling steely yesterday that we are going to embrace the wind… put up the bimini top and fish from 20’ above the lake level. LOL… we call it Kite Fishing.

maybe we can get the floatilla together sunday evening. i’m trying to get out early, say 4pm and fish till 830. i have to pick my battles for a while.

I’m commin and bringin the rain - oh, wait - that’s CB’s job:stuck_out_tongue:

sunday actually looks pretty good weather wise thankfully. between 2 fronts, day before peak solunar, and light winds dying as the night wears on.

COOLBREEZE …what kind of $ are we talking about ?..I can throw a net (somewhat)…I’m a beer drinker is that ok ?

The more you fish, the better you lie.

14.5 'yak 175 lb motor

probably in the neighorhood of $50. we should be able to go down and back on one tank. i already have a full tank in the boat. the only other expenses would be the cooler of beverages and a little bit of food. not trying to be stingy but did you read the part about the boat already being full of fuel.
i know you drink beer. remember me and triton chunking you a couple the other week while fishing at night. give me a call and we will see what we can work out. i will check the tide chart in the mean time.
