Much to my dismay I must let the old girl go. Just had a complete shoulder replacement and the doc says she needs to be a smaller girl. So I am looking to sell (or trade down 223) Winchester 270 Model 70. I have had this rifle 6 years and it shoots and operates as if new. I have over 24 deer with it. Great gun to young for me. Asking $350.00

If you want to keep it, consider a clamp on muzzle brake. There are a few quality brands that really do cut recoil by a huge percentage.

If it’s a model 70 “classic” I’ll take it. The word Classic would be stamped near the model number.
