First top water action for me this year.Caught a couple more on the TT and headed for the hill at nine.Bushy Park near Stumps wood duck box where the big snakes are.After a couple shitty trips,it was nice to get on em!Fully expected to be frying gar or gator like stalekracker but I was bringing home something.haha

Had my bright green popping cork hit hard twice when it landed this AM. Tied on a skitter V and got nothing. 
I have probably had more hits on my popping cork. Then I have actually fishing topwater.
Never been very good at top water.
Ive also had my poppin cork hit and drug under… maybe someone needs to hook up some trebles on one and give it a go 
I’m like you OTC, I like TW fishing but ain’t very good at it. I’ve had several blow-ups but no hook-ups. It’s just exciting to see that hit. Oh well, I’ll keep trying.
Heading down to Florida next month and hope to try some TW on some Snook.
