Tough conditions for her PB redfish

Got my six year old granddaughter on her first upper slot redfish Friday in really bad conditions. The wind was blowing a steady 18 mph all day - churning up already stained water around Bulls Bay following a cold front.

She was a real Trooper (has that term been cancelled? If so, my apologies ) and hung in for a good three hours with the one bite, one only fish.

But, she did have me add our boat ride the day prior where she did the commentary because she was adamant that she would be on my YouTube channel.

They drove in from KC for a week during Emma’s spring break. Not the best weather but at least it wasn’t snowing like it was back home!

Video is linked at the top for those interested.
