Decided to head to the Wando and Cooper looking for cleaner water.Hate to burn gas to look for fish 30 miles from my home base.The Stono where I fish is just nasty right now.My creek yesterday looked like someone dropped a load of chocolate syrup in it.Bait all over the place but I know no self respecting Trout would be in that mess no matter how much food was around.My plan is to drop the rig in and fill the bait well with finger mullet Friday.My timer will keep the bait well flowing just fine.In the morning throw on the way out of my creek and get live shrimp.Loaded with bait plus some live crabs head to the Wando.I have some spots I have not been to in 4 years.Hope to see some of My old friends and I expect to catch something as well.Have a safe Tournament and good luck!!

Just a heads up though the Wando was pretty murky the other day, although a friend and I did catch a few trout and one pretty flounder
