Is a saltwater assassin toxic to dogs? A trout just slung one off the jig and I think my Lab ate it! She ate it or it could have fallen through the cracks in the dock. I don’t know. If anyone knows anything about this please respond quickly.
Thanks

the dog will probably have some interesting poop
If it was a little foo foo dog Maybe a little worry on getting hung up in the intestine, but being a bigger dog… No worries! That soft plastic will make it’s way through with no ill effects.
Thanks Fred. She seems fine this morning.

When in doubt, make them drink a few ounces of hydrogen peroxide. They’ll puke it right up.
I don’t think a little plastic will hurt a lab. I had a black lab that ate a gallon size red wax christmas candle , wondered where the candle disappeared to until I noticed piles of red speckled shat piles around the yard for several days afterward…Me thinks a lab could eat a brick !![:0][:0][:0]

Labs have a way of eating lots of stuff they shouldn’t. I doubt a little grub will have any I’ll effects.
My Lab ate a cell phone and 2 TV remotes in his younger years.
Weimaraner cleaned out a bottle of immodium, a package of light bulbs, about 200 q-tips and 75 glucosamine pills. Hydrogen peroxide every time #128521;
Judging what my 55# Goldendoodle eats and passes… I think you’re going to be alright. Sometimes I wonder how they ever lived in the wild with no socks to eat!
