Anyone ever tried one of these?

I’ve got a couple of carts already but they’re not ideal for rough terrain. These are pretty pricey and I’m not sure I’ll bite but thought I’d look for experienced opinions first.
They look nice but I made a pretty sturdy one myself for around $20 - $25.

what does yours look like and what did you make it from
This is the best explanation of how to make one that I’ve ever found online:

And it’s probably the way I’ll go if I don’t buy one of the Paddlelogic ones. I’d guess the paddlelogic version holds up better to rough terrain though and it might ride better too.
I made mine out of 2" pvc pipe and 8" inflatable tires. I have pulled it over all types of surfaces. I’ll try to take a couple pics and post them. There are plans all over the internet. I looked at several and then made mine based on a couple of different ones.

I agree with DFreedom. Pretty cool design but looks like overkill to me, but hell im always spending money on things i really don’t need. I personally like the home made version that fits right into the scuffer holes

Yeah, it might be overkill. I have one of the pvc scupper types that fits two of my kayaks but it doesn’t fit the Tarpon 160 that I have. I was going to make another to fit that but started reading about all the problems with damages to the scupper hole walls.
I looked at one of these:

and thought it might be the best scupper cart out there with less chance of damages. Maybe I’m thinking too much…
man that one looks nice as well, but couldn’t you just put a piece of Styrofoam or rubber laying around and use that? What kind of damage to scupper holes? Ive never heard that. The PVC eventually scratches and cuts a hole in your scupper hole?

I think what tends to happen especially on rough terrain, is that the pvc gets twisted or angled in the scupper with a lot of pressure and cracks the side wall of the scupper hole. Those side walls aren’t designed to take any pressure like that. I’ve never had any problem and maybe the risk is overblown but that’s what I’ve heard.
