Have a buddy’s boat tied to my truck and can’t back up. Brakes are stuck(I guess) and I have run out of real estate to pull forward and hope they right themselves.
Any tricks?
What kind of brakes are they? If they are surge brakes, they are made to not back up, if they arn’t wired right. If you have them hooked up to your reverse lights it will back up!
is the safety pin in?

Seems the brakes have been sticking…I sent a feeler text and got a “it’s stuck a few times” response. He picked boat up yesterday.
