Try Wesco Trailers on Hwy 321(Charleston Hwy)in Cayce. They should have everything you need. And at a better price than Northern Tools.

I just completed some trailer work and used Wesco for my parts. They have a retail counter just like a regular store. Good prices and if you have a Wesco trailer, some of the parts can be bought as a complete assembly.
