I don’t own a trailer because I have always kept my boat at a marina in the Bluffton area. I would like to take my boat to Florida for a few weeks. Is it possible to rent a trailer for a month? I would pick up and return it to the same location. If not, any other ideas about buying a used trailer.

Looks expensive to me, but maybe you will think differently.

If you’re lucky enough to be fishing, you’re lucky enough.
I know Butler marine in Beaufort rented trailers. Has been a few years, but you can give them a call.

What size do you need?

I’ve used The Boat Exchange in Columbia. Good guys. However, that was for a day and a half “take boat off jack stands, move, put back on jack stands elsewhere” job. Great price for that kind of deal, but for a few weeks, you might as well hire a captain to take it to Florida for you… Actually, I’ve been tossing the idea around since I had trouble finding the same thing here in Charleston, could be a good business opportunity.

What boat and size

For those requests about size of trailer. I have a 20 ft., center console wellcraft with a 115 hp. It has a T-top. I have not yet looked into the size I would need.
