would it matter if you had a single axle trailer and had one 205 and one 215 size tire?Not planning on doing it but for one trip to iop and back from JI.

The high difference would cause one to cut a little quicker than the other. The load rating of the tire is where you could get in trouble.
In all honesty you could tow that trailer 1000 miles and not know the difference nor would it affect anything. Won’t hurt a bit. I had an old beater utility trailer(6x12) that had one 205 and one 225 and never could tell the difference and I drug it all over loaded and empty. Didn’t turn or back up any differently. 205 to 215 is only a half inch difference. That is the same as one tire being a few lbs low on air.
