TRANSDUCER

Who makes the transducers for Lowrance?

I need the combo unit for the Hook 9.

Airmar makes most of them and sells to manufacturers, then the manufacturers usually put their connector on the end. I would think you’d have to go back to Lowrance to get the right one.

Go to their website & look for tech support or contact info. You should be able to chat or email with them & they can help you with what you need.
I did that with Garmin.

Almar says they do not make a transducer for the tri-scan Hook9

Airmar makes them and then sells them to Lowarance. Lowrance pus a connector on it and calls it theirs. It’ll only have a Lowrance p/n.

Hook 9 could have come with 50/200HDI or Tripleshot transducers, according to Lowrance’s website. Check the connectors and make sure this one is compatible with your existing transducer. I’m assuming you damaged it and need a replacement.

I am not getting signal from transducer… GPS is fine. No indication on water.

Have you checked to make sure a wire hasn’t been cut or pinched.
I had that issue once.

Also pull connectors and inspect for corrosion or pushed pins. A pencil eraser works well for cleaning some contacts. They don’t usually go bad. If it is corrosion and you get it working again, be sure to add some anti-corrosion grease made for electronics such as a dielectric grease.
