Transom Repairs Needed for Selling - Suggestions?

I have cracks that have developed on the transom of our 17 foot key west, and it has started to allow water in the hull. I’m trying to get it fixed and then sell it. Does anyone have any suggestions for a shop or person able to make that kind of repair? Thanks

I would contact key west, they are first class and can make the repairs needed.

Drop the price and sell it as is.

The the hull is an 89 and looks really good otherwise. The engine runs great so if I don’t get it fixed I was looking to sell it as is for 3200 or so.
