Out last night to try some full moon action. 1 elusive sting stingray, 1 gar, and a magnificent toadfish. Don’t I get a t-shirt or something for pulling that one off? LOL

Got a great recipe for the gar fish.

  1. Rub gar filets with olive oil, Basel, cilantro.
  2. Place on cedar plank cook on medium heat.
  3. Serve cedar plank on Bed of rice and throw fish in your garden for fertilizer.
