OH Yeah Trigger Fish are fabulous,but each to their own.I keep thinking I will make it to Sell’s for a few fillets,haven’t had any in a long time. My prep…marinate with a lil fresh garlic slices white wine"a decent wine you might drink" drawn butter alil olive oil and fresh thyme s&p about 1 hr then grill and finish with fresh lemon juice.Thats something great,I’d put a platter of them on the picnic table and before I got back with some other things from the grill they were GONE.
Last time I cooked Trigger I gave them an egg bath and crushed ritz crackers with a little seasoning then pan fried in a little peanut oil MAN dey was goooood!
