Know some discussion before. Just bought a 14 sea island skiff. Wondered about putting trim tabs on. What benefits to expect in real life. Electric vs hydraulic? self installation experience?

Usually not a big benefit on a small boat like that. I wouldn’t do it unless the boat has some serious handling issues, which I doubt. Save them for your next boat.
