The pump motor runs on my trim/tilt but it will not go up or down. I have checked the fluid and did notice that one of the seals is damaged, but there is very little fluid leaking out of it. Any idea if that may be enough to prevent it from working?

It has fluid, I was able to get it to work for just a second while I was messing with the bypass valve. The piston with the damaged seal is hanging up so I guess I will be bringing it in to get the seal replaced and the valve checked out to see if it is bad. If I drop it off next week, what does your backlog look like?
