Trim/Tilt Relays

Anyone know where they are on a 2001 Yamaha 2 Stroke 115? Will begin investigating tomorrow but would appreciate any shortcuts. Brought the boat home this afternoon and only get clicks when I hit the trim button on throttle and motor. Thanks,

What is the likely hood of both relays crapping out at the same time? I am assuming it is the relays as all I get is a click from both locations to trim. Any idea on how much relays are for yamahas?

Have you checked the battery connections?

I have and everything else is appears to be fine. Motor will even crank. Just used it less than a week ago. The yamaha relays appear to be expensive too.

the trim relays are on the port side under a little black plastic cover
unlikely both have failed at teh same time
more likely the trim motor is locked up

Thanks Chris. I assume I can put a volt meter on the relays to check current and possibly rule them out of the equation? What does a locked up trim motor entail? Thanks again,

I have power coming into both relays and power leaving the relays when hitting up or down. That should rule them out correct? Before assuming the worst with the trim motor, I was going to chase some ground connections and was curious on some areas to troubleshoot ground connections. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
