Trim/tilt works up but not down?

I have a 2001 yamaha 150 hpdi, the trim tilts up but won’t trim down? Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Its the relay. Start there. Put power manually to the trim wires. If it works change relay.

that motor only has 1 large relay that controls both up and down, so you cant swap the relays, but you can swap the location of the green and blue wire, and then if it is a bad relay, it will go down but not up, then replace the relay
