Headed out for a couple of hours with my grandsons last evening and had a tough time catching fish. Marked tons of fish and couldn’t get them to eat what we had to offer. Had a real hard time controlling the boat speed with all the wind. Put in about 8 and had a couple of knock downs pretty early on and missed both and then nothing for about an hour. We started trolling back towards the boat ramp and then right about 10pm Austin saved the day and put a nice keeper in the boat. It was time to get them back to the dock, so we just headed on in. I thought about heading back out after my son picked them up, but I was just too tired of fighting that wind.
